Accounts and subscriptions

• Paid plans (weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime) renew as described at checkout until cancelled.
• You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or share access credentials.

By entering your mobile phone number and enabling text (SMS) alerts on the My Alerts page, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Smart Money BTC Alerts containing market alert notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning the SMS toggle off in your account settings.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Money BTC Alerts is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its alerts.
